Golden Hour

A travel brand, an old camper, and the forty minutes a day when everything looks like cinema.

Empty road at dusk under a purple and orange sky

De Lijn Reizen wanted a film about slow travel, so we gave them the slowest shoot of our lives: five days tracing the Zeeland coast in a 1978 camper, filming only in the hour before sunset.

The constraint became the concept. Every frame glows, every cut breathes, and bookings for the coastal route doubled the summer the film launched.

We planned the route backwards from the sun — scouting with a light-tracking app so the camper always arrived facing west. Interiors were shot at dawn; everything else belongs to the golden hour.
